Seniors – these sessions are all about you! I love relaxed sessions and incorporating your favorite places and things to do.

Olivia and I walked around St. Petersburg, FL and ended her session on the beach at sunset. I always have SO much fun photographing seniors <3

Daydreaming of Summer

Winter, I'm really trying to embrace you. I'm cooking with all of your cold-hardy vegetables. I'm bundling up and going outside. Uplands PEAK

I discovered Uplands PEAK Sanctuary right before a road trip, and I knew I had to find a way to visit them. Michelle and Mark graciously accepted my request, and soon I was heading to Salem, Indiana, to the ONLY vegan-principled animal sanctuary in the state.

Sanctuary Moon

Oh, how I love thee!

Sanctuary Moon was the first vegan-principled animal sanctuary I visited and photographed. And I just can't get enough of them! Rachel and Ryan are so passionate about animal rights, activism, and advocacy, and giving the residents the best care and dedication possible. Visiting was a life-changing experience.

Sanctuary Moon is a microsanctuary, settled on 3.5 acres in Lowell, Michigan. It is the only animal sanctuary in Kent County founded and run on vegan principles. The 30+ residents include chickens, goats, and ducks. They specialize in rescuing roosters, who are so often misunderstood, unwanted, and dumped.
